Returns & Refund Policy

At EvoCore Performance, your health and safety are our highest priority. As our products are classified as health supplements, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns once items have left our facility. This policy ensures the integrity, safety, and quality of all our products for every customer.


Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged during transit, we’re here to help. To assess the situation and ensure appropriate action:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of the order being sent.

  • Please email info@evocoreperformance.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photographs of the damaged product(s) and packaging

    • A description of the issue

All claims for damaged goods must be supported by sufficient photographic evidence to be eligible for review.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds for damaged goods are issued at the sole discretion of the EvoCore Performance team after a thorough review of the evidence provided. Submission of a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement.

If your claim is approved, we will notify you via email and issue the appropriate refund or arrange for a replacement, depending on the circumstances. Please allow 30 working days for the refund to be processed.
